My teaching is geared towards developing your own style, applying your own interpretation, and ultimately making the music your own. I focus on developing your creativity and musical intuition rather than getting bogged down with complex theory or technique. I’ll teach you to play guitar by hearing and feeling the music rather than reading it from a page. You’ll learn to MAKE music as opposed to FOLLOWING it. Many legendary guitarists such as Jimi Hendrix, Eric Clapton, Eddie Van Halen, James Taylor, Angus Young believed this made them more creative and expressive in making iconic music. In my opinion this is the most rewarding and fulfilling way of playing guitar!
